Come and get those calories firing with some non-stop punches and combos or just come thrgouh and take out some of the weeks frustrations & let the burn take over!!

8am - 8.45am

Maximus SUNDAY BOOTCAMP
A tough session that usually has us in teams for parts of it - 'Team work makes the dream work' aka 'Team work makes the workout more fun'?.​
