We are getting ready for

ROUND THE BAYS 2021 (RTB).

Whether you are walking, running, competing a time you have had in previous years, starting out on your first RTB event or have no interest in 'Round The Bays" at all and just want to get on the right track, this will help keep you accountable while you lose some of the festive weight, we will be meeting up & hitting some pavement together. 

All you really need to bring is a water bottle & the will to start with others on the same path. If you really wanted to, a stop watch or a running app on hand and if you're like me headphones to listen to music while out on the roads/track.
