Meet Your Trainers
Jeremy is Head Coach & Trainer out of Home Base in Swanson Rd. He has been a Personal Trainer for over 8 years and loving every minute of it - He has played rep rugby for Harbour and also made the NZ under 85s rugby team 3 years in a row, he currently is the fitness trainer for a premier rugby team and a national under 17s league side. Jeremy is currently studying for a Diploma in Nutrition to round out his full skills - and will be chatting to you about nutrition (which is core to fitness).
Mani is our gentle giant - a man of few words and many giggles. Mani has played over seas in Australia, France and England, he is currently the head coach of College Rifles premier rugby side which keeps him super busy. Mani loves his strength training, enjoys being outside and leads a really excellent, super fun boot camp. Look forward to it!
He'll only kick your ass gently.
