Maximus Fitness ran a men's FIGHT FOR HEALTH challenge in September with a group of 15 men for 6 weeks.
With a good response, positive changes (over 26kgs lost over all) and some of the men's partners wanting to be involved, we decided to open it up to the ones wanting to stay a little more consistent and not lose all their hard work leading up to the festive season.
3x challenge only sessions weekly + FREE Maximus Fitness Saturday Bootcamp sessions.

Tuesday & Thursday 5.30am - 6.15am
7am - 8am
Prize giving/break up:
Wednesday 23rd December
