Aim to average in between 4.30-6.30minute Ks during your run.
Keep in mind everyone has their own fitness levels...push yours!
Perform exercise 1 and 2, then repeat 1 & 2, then add on 3... repeat 1, 2, 3 and then add on 4...repeat 1, 2, 3, 4 and then add on 5, until all exercises are done.

1. 5x Body weight Squats.
2. 5x Squat jumps.
3. 15x Star jumps.
4. 15x Push ups.
5. 10x Kick sits.
6. 5x half hindus.
7. 5x 4m Bear crawl (forward & back =2).
8. 15x Gorilla drop.
9. 15x Burpee.
10. 2minute prone hold.
